Glee Recap: The Purple Piano Project

It’s been a long time since we last saw the Glee kids lose at Nationals. It was getting a bit tiresome watching reruns. A lot has happened since then, so let me catch you up to speed. McKinley High is back in session!! Mercedes and Sam are no more, as Mercedes explained that Sam’s father got a job out of state, ‘that was sooo June’. She has moved on to someone else, Marcus, the new linebacker on the football team. Lauren Zizes has moved on from New Directions. The loss at Nationals was not good for her cred and she breaks up with Puck. Bad move on the writers’ part, IMO. She went from being the hot thing from last season and now this? Whatevs. Quinn Fabray has quit the Glee Club as well, and is channeling her new dark side. She now sports pink hair, smokes and has a tattoo of Ryan Seacrest.
